What Is Real - Original Painting
Oil on Canvas . 20" wide x 24" high. Framed in a simple wood lattice frame and ready to hang.
This painting was completed in 2020 and is part of the series called the Museum of Bad Judgement.
The Museum of Bad Judgement is a series of paintings based in an unpublished memoir written by my grandfather called Some Interesting Criminal Cases I Have Tried. He was an attorney in several towns in Oregon, and his memoir covers eight murder cases that happened between the 1940's and the 1960's.
Read more about the project in my blog post from 1/12/20 in the News section of my website. This image is from the State vs. Rossa case. That last sentence will make sense when you read the blog post.
It's a '64 Impala. My interpretation.
**I want to make owning one of my paintings as accessible as possible for people who want one. I am willing to set up payment plans and work with people on pickup, delivery or shipping.
You have the option to pay the full price for the painting, or to put down a 25% deposit to reserve the painting, and then we will work out the payment plan together.
The shipping price is deactivated for this painting, because pricing will vary, depending on where you live, and how we decide to get it to you, if you are paying in installments, etc. We will figure it out after your purchase, or as part of a payment plan. Just know that there will likely be additional cost for shipping and/or handling, which we can handle separately through PayPal.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or if you would like to know a shipping estimate before purchasing. If you live in Western Washington or Oregon, chances are, I can bring the painting to you.
Let's talk. I really want you to have one of my paintings.
